XPERISUS Rolls Out Claude Code Company-Wide, Sharing More Than 700 Employee-Created Workflow Skills
XPERISUS Inc. (“XPERISUS”), a Japan-based luxury travel company with the purpose of “Creating a system that carries culture forward for the next 100 years,” has rolled out Anthropic’s Claude Code company-wide to 59 employees and contractors.

Rather than simply introducing an AI tool, XPERISUS has built an internal platform that enables employees to turn effective workflows developed through their daily work into reusable “skills.” These skills can be executed by other employees’ AI agents, allowing an improvement developed by one person to be quickly reused across the organization.

As of the end of August 2026, 45 team members had registered 743 skills and 127 task-specific AI agents. In a post-training internal survey, 53% of non-engineering respondents reported using Claude Code regularly in their day-to-day work. Among those regular users, 69% said the time required to produce the same deliverable had been reduced by at least half.

From Individual Know-How to a Company-Wide AI Capability

XPERISUS designed its approach around three elements: making AI accessible across all departments, turning employee workflow know-how into reusable skills, and enabling AI to automatically apply company-wide standards such as design and brand guidelines.

Unlike conventional manuals, which require another employee to read and reproduce a process, the skills shared within XPERISUS can be executed directly by AI agents. This allows knowledge gained through individual improvements to become a reusable organizational asset.

The approach reflects the nature of XPERISUS’s business. The company creates high-value travel experiences across Japan and connects them with the global luxury travel market through an integrated model spanning experience development, travel arrangements and sales. This generates a wide range of day-to-day operational tasks — from research and presentation development to data processing and quality checks — that are often too fragmented to justify dedicated software systems.

Early Results

Following company-wide training conducted from July through August 2026, an internal survey found that:

  • 53% of non-engineering respondents use Claude Code regularly in their day-to-day work.
  • Among those regular non-engineering users, 69% said the time required to produce the same deliverable had been reduced by at least half.

The most common use of the time freed up through AI was further process improvement, followed by planning and idea generation. Improvements developed through daily work are then shared back across the organization as reusable skills.

Survey conducted August 20–27, 2026. 51 valid responses from 59 training participants; response rate: 86%.

Next Steps

XPERISUS will continue to improve the quality and company-wide reuse of shared skills while developing a secure infrastructure that enables AI to safely access internal data.

The company also plans to redirect time freed from routine work toward areas where human expertise is essential, including building relationships with cultural custodians and regional partners and developing and refining distinctive travel experiences.

By transforming individual improvements into shared organizational assets, XPERISUS aims to build an organization in which the benefits of AI do not depend on the skills or proficiency of a limited number of employees, while strengthening its ability to bring the value of Japan’s culture and regions to the world.
